This NHAI project involved the one-time improvement of the existing carriageway passing through Deoli Town on the Yavatmal-Wardha section of NH-361. The work comprised laying rigid white topping (cement concrete pavement) over a 3.200 km stretch, strengthening the existing road structure to withstand heavy traffic loads and improve longevity. The project was executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis for the National Highways Authority of India, Chandrapur. White topping provides a durable, low-maintenance surface with superior riding quality and reflectivity, enhancing both safety and service life on this important state highway corridor.
