Project details

This major bridge project spanned the Kanhan River on the Nagpur-Jabalpur road section of NH-7 (Km 709/500), connecting the talukas of Parseoni and Kamptee. The work involved constructing deep well foundations in the riverbed, RCC piers, and a structural steel superstructure designed for heavy highway loading. Executed under NH-PWD, the bridge is a critical infrastructure link for the region, enabling year-round all-weather connectivity that was previously disrupted during monsoon flooding.
