Located near Pauni Village outside Pench National Park in Ramtek taluka, this project involved the complete construction of a residential colony for employees of the Maharashtra Power Generation Company (MPEB) and Water Resources Department (WRD) associated with the Totladoh Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Project. The colony includes residential quarters of multiple categories, internal concrete roads, water supply, drainage, electrification, and landscaping - engineered to support families in a remote forest-adjacent location.
